At Fallen Footwear, we stand by the quality of our skate shoes and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected inside a shipping mailer or box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected at our warehouse.
